Meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T228.1-2010 "Room temperature tensile test method for metal materials" and GB/T7314-2005 "Metal compression test method", and meet the data processing of GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN and other standards. Key description:
The machine adopts double space door structure, upper space tension, lower space compression, bending. The cross beam is steplessly lifted. The transmission part adopts circular arc synchronous toothed belt and screw vice transmission, with smooth transmission and low noise. Specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and precision ball screw vice drive the movement of the moving beam of the testing machine, to achieve a gap-free transmission.

Electrical Measurement and Control System:
(1) The use of AC servo system and servo motor, stable and reliable performance, with over-current, over-voltage, over-speed, overload and other protection devices.
(2) With protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overpressure, upper and lower displacement limits and emergency stop.
(3) The built-in controller ensures that the tester can achieve closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, specimen deformation and beam displacement, and can realize tests such as equal test force, equal displacement, equal strain, equal load cycle and equal deformation cycle. Various control modes can be smoothly switched between.
(4) At the end of the test, it can return to the initial position of the test manually or automatically at high speed.
(5) Realisation of physical zeroing, gain adjustment and automatic gear changing, zeroing, calibration and storage of test force measurement in the true sense of the word, without any analogue adjustment link, and with highly integrated control circuit.
(6) Electrical control circuit with reference to international standards, in line with the national testing machine electrical standards, strong anti-interference ability, to ensure the stability of the controller, the accuracy of experimental data.
(7) With a network interface, data transmission, storage, printing records and network transmission printing, can be connected with the internal LAN or Internet network of enterprises.
